Frogedelic
Some people lick frogs to get high.
.So this most be the first thing they see.
I think I'd be scared straight.

Arty R R
If you do your art on a computer every print is as good as the first, because there will be no printing plate degradation. In the past, before computers, an artist would number their prints because the lower the number the better the print.
Some artist will have on offer a giclee print, but it still is an inkjet or digital print. It just sounds better in an art gallery.
As long as the file can be accessed is as long as prints can be made. Printing only 100 prints then wiping the file would make the art worth more. So Artist's must destroy their work to make more money, but maybe loose fame for their art when they die if none of their art survives.
Surprisingly hand signed prints are worth more for the touch of the artist than the work of the artist.

battletech summer
Well, I'm having an odd summer, I have been painting battletech miniatures for someone other than myself. While it's been fun it's sad to see them go. It makes me feal like Gollum when my precious leave my house.
I have also been changing my classical guitar assembly tuning machine heads on one side of my guitar. I bought real nice looking ones and promptly damaged them. Then I got a set for ten dollars that don't look as pretty but work great. Sometimes practical is better than pretty.
Neal Shusterman
A quote from his book "Downsiders"
...a civilization is denied the right to evolve beyond its own embarrassment.
The society hidden underground in this book is imaginative and interesting without being heavily over explained. I give this book 5 socks out of 5.

The concept of abstract thought in animals.
The scientific thinker will say animals only rely on instincts
and that
pet owners add humanized caricaturists to dumb animals.
Pet owners observe their pets and see more going on in their heads than I eat, sleep, poo, and mark my territory.
Each camp would rather argue than
take part in a conversation or discussion to resolve a problem.
*
All this because of
how people think that other people think about how an animals thinks.

The Goof
The original name of Goofy was The Goof.
If I'm wrong leave a comment in my turned off comment section. I turned off the comment area because most of them were from Russia and if either Hillary or Trump become president I could wind up on a no-fly list or worse.
Father forgive me for it's been 30 years since my last blog entry. Well, it seems that way. I went to the Doctor and he said, "Go see this other doctor he could use the money." So off I go to this new guy and he says, "Thanks for coming, that will be one kidney." So he takes it, but he never shows me it, he probably lost it. Now my mom won't talk to me just because she died.
But more important than all of that, who ate the most pie?

Bit Coins
I have decided to start my own Bit Coins.
Every coin will be worth 5 not 1, but 5!
I have tried other designs, but they just didn’t pass my high standards.
To use them just print, cut and stick in the book you're reading.
I have yet to have any book reject them.

Indignation Is Very Seductive
We all get mad, but it’s just so ordinary. Why not go for indignation that sounds so
much more sophisticated. Let me
illustrate my point.
Bob Day of the “American Arrogance” says, “I’m just mad
about Indignation.”
Sue Reed of the “Seat Behind me on the Bus” says, “Get away
from me ya @#%*.”

The Master’s Touch
If you do any kind of art, you will have a favorite famous artist.
Most of the stories of the great artists are tales of how they suffered for their art and labored to show meaning in every brush stroke only to die penniless and broken.
Then you will read a story about some elephant at some zoo that paints by flicking some big brush on a canvas for a handful of peanuts and the zoo sells the paintings for hundreds of dollars.
Just thought I’d encourage artistic greatness.

How Not To Cartoon
1. Don’t make a joke that has to be explained.
This is lichen
Lichen: simple slow-growing plant that typically forms a low crustlike, leaflike, or branching growth on rocks, walls, and trees.
2. Don’t do inside jokes.
My daughter and I were listening to an audio book, that went on and on with mind numbing details. At one point it said, “The lichen was pallid.” I said, “Oh no…the lichen is pallid!” She laughed and we used it as a run on joke for a week. “Dad… look out for the pallid lichen and so on.
3. Don’t post it to a blog.

Absolute Proof!
I looked out my window and saw a UFO!
I was going to use my
new HD ultra resolution camera, but quickly remembered UFO pictures are done
with cheap and blurry cameras. So having
just studied the impressionist movement made an ink drawing as it happened.

Been painting miniatures
Lots of Battletech mechs ,
War Hammer budget bin miniatures
and Rapier Space Mice.
In Battletech there are small Protomechs
I plan to use the Space Mice as a joke.
Put Stanly and Betty in a game and people just say,"No."
